Annual Software Maintenance:
 
Each software purchase includes one year of free product maintenance. Active customers are then entitled to software upgrades for the specified contract period, access to our 24-hour customer support portal, and privy to special customer offers. Standard maintenance contracts will expire one year from your original purchase date.
 
Grace Period:
There is a 60 day grace period for all maintenance contracts. If the software is not renewed by the 61st day past your contract expiration date, a daily reinstatement fee will apply. Please note:
  1. Renewals made after the expiration date, but before the grace period expiration, will revert to the original expiration date.
  2. Access to the support portal will be denied until the contract is renewed.

FOR GARGOYLE CUSTOMERS ONLY:
Included in the annual software maintenance is the dataset subscription. This is one year of dataset updates which can be downloaded from the 24-hour customer support portal or from the automatic update feature from within the Gargoyle Investigator™ application. Customers will receive a minimum of 12 dataset updates per year and will be notified by email when a new set is posted to the portal.

Technical Support
Our staff at WetStone is committed to providing a high level of technical support in a timely fashion. Technical support is available for customers who have a current maintenance contract that is renewed annually. If you do not reach a support representative, please leave a message or send an email and you will be contacted within 1 business day.

Here you can access the latest version of software, signature datasets (Gargoyle Customers) and any FAQ’s. This was designed to provide instant support to customers in the field working after core business hours for easy access to ensure the current software and updates are installed for those late night cases. If you are interested in additional live support, please contact your Account Executive for details.
